Business trip Positive Could be improved: The process: it is not secure to write all my credit card information on a paper and not necessary as a pre-authorization is taken; it is never the case elsewhere (rental) so it should be possible also here; The cleanliness: see above. I lost the card and have been threatened to be charged for it, which I believe is unfair compared with the real cost of this card and the money I spent here; I could not enjoy the tv on monday evening as it was out out order. As a compensation I would enjoy a free late check out at 6 pm if possible :-) I should recommend your company and use your services for my next stay.

Perfect location near to my working place, very comfortable, quiet, clean and warm. Service excellent. Would recommend it and come again.

Masna Residence - Autumn Getaway Great experience! Looking forward to traveling again with other members of my family. Amazing This must have been our 50th stay at Masna from Prague City Apartment and l have no hesitation to say that this apartment is certainly the best quality in Prague ...even better than some of the 5 star hotels like hilton and marriott. You can only feel the uniqueness and service once you are in the apartmernt. I must also say that Veronika who manages the guest relationship is more than helpful. She always make sure that its her duty to go out of the way and serve cleints. Overall - 10/10.
