First Time in Prague Our hotel experience started before we even arrived with an email for a complimentary pick-up from where we arrived. We had a late train arriving to Prague so we were worried about how to find our way but it was very generous of them to arrange a driver to come bring us to the reception.The room we booked was very spacious - almost too spacious for two people. The bed was large and comfortable, we had a full bathroom and a half bathroom. The kitchen was fully supplied with utensils. Our service put us off a bit because we were told that we would have our coffee and teas topped up every morning. The first time we asked (when they didn't provide us with more), they politely gave us more. After that, they were rather stingy and rude when we asked them again. Most hotels usually provide that service for free and with better attitude so we were not impressed. The cleaniless was lacking; when we arrived, the half bathroom smelled strongly of smoke. Wonderful apartment, fully equipped with all a traveler would want. Great location, a short walk to all of Prague's central sights, but not in the midst of the tourist area, so nice and quiet at night. Having the office next door is a real convenience, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful -- it was nice to know they were right there and available 24/7. We really loved our stay in Prague, and would not hesitate to recommend the Residence Karolina apartments to anyone we know traveling to Prague. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Prague holiday A delightful apartment, everything we could wish for. The staff were extremely helpful in letting me in when my wife had gone in earlier, and providing an electrical adaptor. The cleaning was excellent and the change of towels and everyhting most efficient. If all apartments were so good, hotels would disappear!

Exellent stay in Prague My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Residence Karolina. The location is perfect, the apartment was great and you can't beat the price. When we arrived, we could not check in the apartment I originally booked as the people staying there had to change their flight and were staying one extra night. It was no big deal for us and were offered apartment 41. The apartment was very nice but I did notice a few not so clean spots (sink was dirty and dust a little bit everywhere in the apartment. The next day we moved to apartment 53 which was on the top floor. The apartment was perfect except for the thin wall separating apartment 53 and 54. We could hear everything next door but fortunately they were not going to bed too late so it was quiet at night. I will definitely book an apartment at Residence Karolina next time we visit Prague (not too long I hope).
