Our stay in Prague city apartments I was so impressed with the front desk staff at the residence Karolina apartments! Marcella and Daniella went above and beyond to help us out with every turn of our trip! They were so sweet and so helpful with everything from A to Z. All of the staff was EXCELLENT but those were the 2 that were EXCEPTIONAL!!!!!!! Awesome and so sweet!!!! The location of the apartments was PERFECT!!! They are close to transportation and close to Old Town and grocery stores , restaurants etc. We couldn't have asked for a better location! Our apartment was HUGE and nicely appointed. We had a FANTASTIC stay in Prague and I attribute a lot of that to Prague city apartments and their staff!! BRAVO!! We look forward to a return visit and we will stay at Resicence Karolina for sure!!! THANK YOU!!

Our Prague City Apartment was absolutely perfect. We had a group of four ladies and we loved our accommodations as well as the great location. Our kitchen was very modern and well stocked. The bedroom was a good size with lots of drawers, closet space and lighting in the right places and we loved opening the windows to the balcony to see our lovely view. Our bathroom was really nice too with lots of counter space for all of us the share and a washer/dryer which we made good use of. In a beautiful city like Prague you won't be spending much time in your apartment, but it sure is nice when you get to come back after a busy day of sightseeing to a place as nice as this. It was also just a couple blocks to the city tram which makes all of Prague very accessible. All the staff, especially Marcella and Daniella were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place.

1) The mattress was too hard ; we needed - and got - an overmattress. 2) We ordered a visit of Monastery of Strahov through your staff ; you phoned to them and got an appointment with Mr Matehiczek, who never went. Please do not plan anything with him ! (We wrote an appreciation on Tripadvisor ( " MOab ")) Thank you.
