Our experience was first rate especially notable was Mariane who greeted us and delivered us to the apartment only minutes from the office. Great apartment , everything we needed and more . Location was fantastic and we walked everywhere. We just cant say enough about Prague City Apts ,and our suite at Residence Karolina. Thanks ! Tom and Janet

Perfect for our family trip Our family had a wonderful stay at Residence Karolina. We were 3 adults and two children (18 months old). My sister-in-law's family (two children as well, under 5) met us in Prague two days later, and it was perfect they were able to rent another apartment in the same building--they were given the unit just below us. The 24-hour office proved invaluable to us. Very warm, responsive, and helpful. I didn't pay attention to this perk when I was selecting a place, but it turned out to be so useful especially given that Prague was our first destination in our trip, and this was our first trip to Europe with children. (After moving on to the next city, I think we had fewer questions.) I'm pretty picky about accommodations in terms of cleanliness, and I have strong preference for clean, modern...bordering on luxury...interior, and my expectations were happily met/exceeded. One tip for families traveling with babies! Sadly, we didn't figure this out until the last night--ours did so much better when we moved

Great for the History buff This trip would have been perfect except for the children in the apartment below us. I requested a quiet apartment and was assured this could be the case. I do hold the management responsible for not placing families with young children in one of their many apartments that would not interfere with the peace and quiet of the entire building. Five nights of no sleep for a much needed vacation was lost. However, on a brighter note, the staff was the best I encountered in all my travels. They called the family on our behalf several times in the middle of the night!They were informative, cooperative and ready to help-24/7. They made us feel at home and we would book with them again.
