Only problems we had was curtains not shutting properly and the bath had several deep gouges in it. Staff were very helpful and polite. The only problems we had were purely cosmetic and could have been corrected prior to our arrival. We had a problem with noise from apartment above on last three days but nothing too severe, it was only noticeable as it occurred during very early hours of morning. These were minor problems and would not deter me from using the apartments in the future. Thanks

Lovely apartment / lovely Prague There was a slight misunderstanding on our arrival and we were overcharged for our stay at Residence Karolina. This matter was dealt with efficiently and swiftly after our departure with a refund made in full for the additonal overcharged item.
