What a wonderful city to visit My wife and I had never been to Prague before this visit. Our arrival was made easy by the PCA staff who met us outside the apartment and then assisted us in settling in and providing some local advice about restaurants, attractions and supermarkets. The apartment had been renovated and was fitted with modern appliances and an easy to use security system. The apartment's location was minutes away from the Old Town and we considered it very handy. We had a great time in Prague and the quality of the accommodation played a big part - we would happily recommend Residence Karolina to our friends.

Anniversary trip Very good location in town. The apartment was spacious, but not very clean, there was stains on the bathroom wall, the sofa, the shower and the washing machine was also dirty. This made our stay not very comfortable, also you could put some better toilette and kitchen paper, for the price per night I think you can afford it. Also, guests must run up and down the street if they wanna go to the reception or to ask for the key to park their car. You should offer free parking to make up for the trouble, specially when there is a thunderstorm outside.

A pleasant Prague Stay We enjoyed the ten days spent in Karolina, however werea bit displeased at housekeeping with we missed threetimes, and the othertimes availedperformed an average job, the bedsheets were very worn out, the bed matress was a bit uncomfotable and towels were way below our expectations. Checkout being at 11 was inconveinient as the global standard was noon, we had to leave our luggage unattwnded in the building entrance untill our ride arrived for our evening flight out of PRG. On the otherhand the appartment is what you might consider a home away from home, having a comfy living room and fully set up kitchen complete with oven, microwave, refregirator and even dishwasher. The coffee maker and toaster were also nice additions to the pantry. The bathroom had a walk in shower which was great and included a 6kg washing machine. Great! Location wise it is in a quite part of the old town not to close yet not too far from most places tourists want to be. We enjoyed our stay, and would probably conside this property i

Perfect stay and services - only one problem : I was sent an email for a complimentary welcome present. I have chosen a wine bottle but when I came in the flat, there was nothing. It's not a big deal but why propose something then !
