NY in Prague In general been excellent, but very poor cleaning. Sometimes forget to take out the garbage, did not change towels and bed linen. Dust was in all the corners and on the floor. Especially every day hanging out a sign to carry out a cleaning, but .... In the morning (7:00 am) the day of departure, the office was closed. What would take the car waiting for forty minutes.

Beautiful apartment This was just the perfect place for us to stay - very impressed with the space and cleanliness of the apartment. It was within walking distance to everything, good few bars in the nearby area. One thing the taxi driver that picked us up from the airport dropped us off at hotel Caroline spa - on the same street but wrong place, so we had to get the map out find our bearings and then make our way to the office , I think we just assumed he knew where we were going as it was booked through you but not a big problem at all

Mooi appartement gelgegen in het oude stadsgedeelte De beschrijving en foto's van residence Karolina zijn waarheidsgetrouw. Wij verbleven er 4 nachten en hadden daardoor recht op gratis transport van de luchthaven naar het appartement. Dit alles was keurig geregeld, de chauffeur stond ons op te wachten bij de uitgang. De receptie ( op 100m ) is 24u beschikbaar ( ook telefonisch ) en geen vraag is teveel. De residentie ligt op wandelafstand van het oude standsplein en de bezienswaardigheden zijn gemakkelijk te voet bereikbaar. Voor je boodschappen is er een grotere supermakt op 5min van je deur. De hotelservice waaronder het schoonmaken van de kamers en de dagelijkse wissel van de handdoeken maken je verblijf extra aangenaam. Wij kunnen ierdereen residence Karolina zeker aanraden.
