Would have been perfect, except for the cigarette smoke. Great apartment, great location, very good customer service. The apartment had everything that was needed and was very functional. The one complaint is that the apartment is advertised as non-smoking and we chose Residence Karolina for that reason. We were very disappointed to be given an apartment that smelled like cigarette smoke for our entire visit. Further, no rebate or compensation was offered to apologize for this problem. Except for the cigarette smoke, everything was very good. I would consider staying in a Prague City Apartment as long as there was a guarantee that it would be non-smoking. Maybe a further check of each apartment to notice smoking would help maintain the non-smoking environment.

Trip with mum We stayed in a one-bed apartment. The booking system is excellent and we appreciated the email sent before you arrive asking if you have any requests. On arrival the check-in was smooth. We were impressed by the size of the apartment and that the beds were made into twins. The apartment was a good mix of old and modern.The area is perfect. It feels local- with food shops and little, quiet cafes. But found it an easy 10/15 min walk to most attractions. My only negative comment was that although the appartment was clean, it could have been cleaner. Some surfaces were quite dusty- so I didn't want to put my stuff on those. The placemats on the table could do with a good scrub. The toilet seat had been left up and there was wee on the rim. And the floors could do with a really god wash.

Prague Holiday We found the appartment to be ideal for our holiday in Prague. Centrally located everything is a pleasant walk away. The apartment itself was very spacious and clean with good facilities and if we are ever back in Prague we will be back here!
