Location great for walkers; price very reasonable; very quiet; large space for the money; although overall acceptably clean, the bathroom floor was filthy and needed a good scubbing. Unable to get American channels on the TV first 2 days, then when fixed, the satelite went down again - frustrating. Lighting over stairs at entrance often did not work at night - very dangerous for stair-takers!!!!! Staff members for the most part were particularly friendly, however, not even acknowledged when first arrived; waited an unreasonable amount of time before having to urge someone to help while a Taxi was waiting - this was unacceptable. Needed washcloths in the bathroom. Small bars of soap not replaced with housekeeping. View out of windows in appt 22 deplorable - surprisingly slum-like. Bottom line - good value and we were happy, but would want the above issues corrected to return.

A wonderful visit to a beautiful city From the moment my wife and I arrived (at midnight) we were treated very well. The apartment was located within walking distance of nearly everything that we wanted to see. The apartment was large, very clean, quiet and very well supplied with everything we needed. The cleaning staff was excellent. We will certainly stay there again on our next visit. Highly recommended

A Wonderful Stay in a Wonderful City! Everything about the trip was nothing short of magical.. From the moment we stepped into the reception until we checked out, not one single inconvenience occurred. We were met by Stephan at the front disk who was very professional, friendly and efficient. All other staff was equally friendly and helpful- they managed to transport our luggage from the flat to their office upon checkout while we went out to enjoy the last day in the city! Stephan walked us to the flat and we were absolutely charmed by the cleanliness and tidiness of it. The flat was also serviced (as part of the price-delightful!) with sheets and towels being changed every day, flat cleaned and dishes washed. The attention to little details was also clear- new dish-sponge was put and there was machine washing powder, something we have never seen elsewhere! The flat had everything anyone can need; fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, iron and board, laundry rack, internet connection, telephone, TV with satellite, big closet and electri
