A great experience, great location Excellent aprtment for family of four. Close to supermarket for supplies. The presentation of apartment on arrival was excellent. We did choose the apartment based on trip advisor comments and they were right. I would recommend this apartment to any friends who were visitng Prague. Thank you for having us. PS the garage was very handy as well

Not sure what this means? First appearance of the apartment was not good, a representative should have come with us to the apartment and shown us around. The entry to the front door was confusing especially in the dark as we were not sure how to use the key card while also struggling with the luggage, we then entered the hall way which was very dark, gloomy and a little scary. In the dark we then had to find the lift, which was difficult as there was no light switch, the automatic sensor light eventually came on. When we eventually got into the apartment it was freezing, not sure how to use the heating it was not a good start to our stay in Prague. All of this could have been prevented, simple by having a representative show us around. I have stayed at apartments all over Europe, the Karolina apartment was the only place which did not offer this service. Given that the office has a 24 hour reception service, I'm not sure why this isn't part of their" meet and greet". Regards Sandra

Great location very central to supermarket,trams,metro. Good security building apartment was very spacious and quiet. It was like your home away from home had all that you needed. If you enjoy walking which we do it is easy enough to walk to the different districts depending on the length of your stay. My husband and i were upgraded when we checked in thankyou very much that was a bonus. We spent 5 wonderful nights in Prague and enjoyed every minute of it.

Lovely Prague The accommodation was very nice and we had a great time in Prague. We only have a few observations that could have done with improvement: Toilet door key was missing. We stayed 5 days and our kitchen tea towel was not changed. There was a box of tea/coffee sachets on our dining room table. However, there were only a few of each and were not replenished. I thought this was a bit mean.
