Bad Ending to a Great Visit Our last day was horrible. Housekeeping showed up at 9 am thinking we had checked out. I called the front desk and explained they had made a mistake. They said everything was fine. An hour later, a new guest with his luggage entered our room! Despite the fact that I had emails confirming our reservation, the staff insisted we had to move to another room because it had been rented to another guest. We eventually got tired of arguing and packed up and moved to another room so we could salvage the afternoon after wasting all morning on this. I think the confusion was largely due to language issues. Wished we had booked through a travel agent with Prague connections. I feel certain we would have not wasted most of our last day there if we had. Still very angry that our otherwise great vacation ended with this stress. PositiveGreat location and value, spacious rooms, beds were larger than average for Europe and had comfortable mattresses on platforms. Great combination. No backaches.

Prague is great, apartment was good enough great place because of location and space...very spacious and i felt like i was living in Prague. However, one sink wasn't cleaned properly and it had quite a bit of dirt or something, that was difficult to look at everytime i went to the bathroom. It seemed like it could have been cleaned if someone spent more than 1 minute on it but clearly no one did. It was quite disgusting. Also, the cable didnt work properly which wasn't a big deal but annoying. Overall, because of the cost and location it was a good value but def. not a 5 star experience.

The ground was a little dirty and I could not manage to make the air conditioner work, even with the remote control. But overall these are small problems. We loved very much the apartment!
