The ground was a little dirty and I could not manage to make the air conditioner work, even with the remote control. But overall these are small problems. We loved very much the apartment!

Weekend Holiday I am almost afraid to rave about this aparthotel as it will get so popular I will never be able to stay again as it will be always booked! What can I say, I travel extensively for my job and this was a beautiful apartment, great locations, huge rooms and a balcony as well. The only small complaint was that there was no hand soap in the bathroom which was inconvenient since most travellers do not bring expecting it to be provided. I would stay again and recommend to friends.

Perfect choice for a stay in Prague We loved staying at the Residence Karolina. The apartment was a great size and very comfortable including the huge bed. Great power shower as well. It was spotlessly clean and the wi-fi worked perfectly - unlike some places we have stayed. The location could not have been better - central to everything we wanted to visit but quiet. The staff who oprganised the reservation and met us at your offices were charming, helpful and efficient - a delight to speak with. We can't wait to come back.
