My preferred apartment people! Very happy with my recent stay, great apartment (big, clean, warm, nicely presented and well laid out). In this case also very reasonably priced - I wasn't intending to go to Prague at this time but ended up booking due to a special (half price) offer. My only gripe is that it was a non-smoking apartment and nowhere on the website did it inform me of this when booking, which would have allowed me to choose an alternative apartment (in the same building) with a balcony I could go out onto. I have no problem with the apartments being non-smoking as I fully understand the damage it can cause and the smell it leaves (I don't smoke in my own house). It would just have been nice to know so that I could have made a more informed choice. Otherwise, as previously mentioned, great apartment and great company overall and will use again (as I have been doing for the 8 years).

First Visit Great location, friendly staff. Pickup at the train station by the staff was on-time. Apt is very nice and worth staying when you visit beautiful Prague.

Quiet, beautiful, spacious, perfect. From the beginning everything about my stay at Residence Karolina was fantastic. I got all of my questions answered via chat before I left home , then the room was perfect, and everything I wanted to do I got to set up through the office. I do wish that it was easier to book the ticket for the classical music concert I went to Friday night. I made a special trip down to the office to do it and the receptionist tried several times but did not know how to do it, so I had to go back. And I wish it had been more clear that a taxi was taking me back to the airport on my day of departure, that it was not a free shuttle like when I arrived. Luckily I had Czech Kronor on me so I could pay him, otherwise I don't know what I would have done. Those small glitches aside, the free airport pickup was excellent, and when I had a loud party in the apartment above me the night before I needed to be on a very long flight home, the person on duty in the office came over and stopped it immediately so I could get some sleep

PositiveGorgeous apartment, large 1 bedroom, elegant, quiet, excellent mattress. I couldn't have found a better place.
