The check-in process was very easy and everybody was very helpful at the main office. When we went to the apartment somebody was already waiting for us. After showing the apartment, he went with us to park the car in the nearby garage. He also gave us a lot of information about the surrounding places. The apartment was very clean and it had everything that we need. The nice thing was it was cleaned everyday. The apartment was close to supermarket, parking garage, and tram/subway station. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance. The only issue we had was with the sofa bed. We (4 adults and 1 baby) couldn't get a 2-bedroom apartment so we rented a 1-bedroom apartment. According to the description the apartment could sleep 4 people (and we paid the extra fees). So two of us were sleeping in sofa bed, but it was not comfortable at all. The mattress was thin and the sofa bed didn't provide enough support so it sagged in the middle. We woke up with back pain. We called the main office and the

Great location, and the size and furnishings of the apartment were lovely. Front desk staff were unfailingly helpful and friendly, even at a late hour. Only down side was the cleanliness of the floors - my feet were pretty dirty after being barefoot. Otherwise a really lovely stay!

Great place to stay in Prague Residence Rybna was ideal for our 4 day visit. Good location, spacious apartment, attentive staff and and reasonable cost make this a favorite.
