na Reception personnel at Brehova a bit dosy, when I arrived I asked the guy whether he had an envelope ready for me with the keys. I had arranged for a express check in and the envelope would be left at the reception for me. The guy had no idea what I was talking about, it turned out the envelope was on a chair in front of him. Second time this happened. A bit more attention would be appreciated instead of having to always spend 5 minutes explaining the situation and having to call the office which for me is a waste of my time. Other than that great apartments and great service. But reception personnel needs some waking up.

Good location, spacious and comfortable. Staff are very helpful. Only a short walk to underground. Situated in an interesting area. Apartment is quite warm but there are two airconditioners. Unfortunately these are a little bit noisey when running. Any issues we raised with management were quickly addressed and the service was excellent.
