Nice stay in Prague We really enjoyed staying at your apartment while in Prague. We would like to stay again if we have a chance to go to Praque in future.

a very good experience. 2 issues; we were unaware that we had to check in at a different location and our satellite tv was not working, overall though a very comfortble stay in a lovely apartment. thank you.

At Brehova because booking LOST for Liliova! It would have been perfect holidays if my booking (done and paid for 1 month in advance) hadn't been lost. I had booked for 5 nights at Residence Liliova, on arrival in the evening at the Residence they didn't have my booking, but could keep us there for the night. The following morning we had to repack our suitcases, change for Residence Brehova, 10-15mns walk further away and unpack again! Which meant stress on arrival, a lost morning, and 20-30 mns longer walks every day during our stay. Residence Brehova was very nice and much bigger, but to be honest we really didn't need so much space and I would have been much happier with my original booking. And attention to details was missing: the girl who accompanied us when we changed location was supposed to come back to me regarding some questions but never did, in the kitchen, the gas-hob was broken, there was no sugar, no oil, no washing powder in the laundry-room. Maybe a service of renting dvds would be good to set in place as we found no English

Wonderful city, first time not the last Due to the location, we walked 4 to 6 hours per day without having to take any public transportation.
