We had a great stay in the Residence Brehova apartment, all in all we were vary satisfied and would definitely stay there again. Pros: Beautiful building, apartment clean, well decorated and a perfect location. The service was also above and beyond our expectations. Cons: The kitchen was built so that the dishwasher can't be opened - the handle of one of the cupboards is in the way. Secondly the heating in the apartment wasn't turned on and it was a touch colder than we would have liked. I should mention that our stay was so short that we didn't contact the reception about these small points, there could well have been simple solutions. Plus the flat is new, so I guess the problems we experienced were "teething" difficulties that most guests will never see. All in all a great apartment and an unreserved recommendation.

Beautiful apartment, great location We were very happy to have chosen the apartment in Brehova for our stay in Prague. The apartment was beautiful, very large and spotlessly clean. The team were helpful and friendly, and the taxi transfer went smoothly despite our very early flight times. Thanks for all of your help, and we hope to stay with you again in the future.

thanks to the pca staff we enjoyed a lot our stay in Prague. the apartment was as advertised, clean, spacious, quiet, very well located. the staff understood our average english and was quite efficient ( except with the check out time which was not correctly recorded ). while discovering that the preauthorization of our debit visa card was not guaranteed, we appreciated to have the opportunity to leave our passport instead of being charged of the security deposit. best regards

Loved the apartment and the welcome when we arrived, everything was just right. One thing you could add to your service is an information booklet giving where is best to shop for food etc and some advice/tips on the local site seeing venues and what is accepted or not accepted locally. The location of the apartment was fantstic, walking distance from all attractions etc, with lots of different eating houses. It would have also been nice to have some more advise prior to our visit about the facilities of the apartment; if we had known we would have brought with us DVD and CD's to play in the apartment. Other than this, I would highly reccommend to friends and family. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Thank you to te people of Prague. Christine
