Great Place in Prague I can honestly rate the apartment including cleanliness, location, security, view, and the facilities in the apartment as excellent. There were several "neighbors" in other apartments in the building who took great delight singing into the courtyard, but they apparently lost their voices early enough that it didn't bother our sleep. Being in the Stare Mesto did have it's difficulties, as several tour companies offer "pub crawls" which allow for larger groups of drunken individuals to make a lot of noise late at night. During our stay the weather turned rather warm during the day, but with no air conditioning, the two fans provided by the apartment made the cool nights very comfortable with the windows open. Perhaps this was why we were able to hear the pub crawlers during the night. This was our second stay at Masna 5. We definately will stay here the next time, especially with a free airport transfer which was offered to us as the IT system broke down leaving us to make a phone call to the offic

Lovely Prague We enjoyed staying in the Prague City Apartment and will recommend it to our friends. Our visit to the city would have been perfect had it not been raining incessantly. People at the reception desk, Adam and Margret, are the best we have ever seen. When we had problem to open the door on the day of arrival, Margret made a special trip to the apartment to help.

Nice apartment close to the sights of the Old Town My luggage was whisked to the apartment after I checked in, while I strolled there through the old town. The apartment is in an old block, clean and well maintained. It is spacious and well equipped. I had a problem with the TV and a broken lightbulb, both were fixed instantly. The room was comfortable and quiet. Prague City Apartments also arranged a transfer to the airport at a reasonable rate (21 EUR). My only negative point is that the room overlooked other apartments and was quite gloomy. Maybe a room at the front of the building would be better. I would definitely use Prague City Apartments again, the service was outstanding.

Perfect location; clean; good quality service. Quiet May be, the decoration could be more "cosy and warm" (a few nice pictures on thes walls for instance). Generally speaking, we had what we expected and it was OK. We did like Prague and the Czech people is friendly, welcome nicely tourists and we appreciate that most of you speak english ! Thank you
