Just an amazing city From the moment we landed in Prague and were met by a young man who had our name on a plaquard, to when we were dropped off for our return home, our stay was great. The location of Residence Karolina could not have been more perfect. We are an older couple and we were initially concerned about whether or not we could handle the walking. We were close to EVERYTHING! We took the tram up to the Castle and then walked back down. The apartment (apt 42) was lovely. It was well stocked with all the appliances you would need if you cared to cook. I especially liked the electric instant tea kettle. Being from the U.S., I wasn't used to having this wonderful way of boiling water so quickly. I love my tea, so now I will have to buy one for myself. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of room in the closet for all of our things. The only caution I might have for older people like ourselves is that the tub was nice and deep with the usual European handheld shower inside the tub. However, getting

Good Residence-Hotel, staff very helpful and corteous. Room 54 was too hot, too exposed to sunlight, and to noisy from opposite room 53. TV channels very difficult to find and use. Needs to improve general maintenance and cleanliness Convenient location A truly 3 star hotel

great family apartment I liked the place a lot. kids in one room and us in the other. if only the internal doors had locks, it would've been perfect. The only thing that really bothered me is the parking which the clerk sent me to. it was 800CZK/day and apparently I couldn't just parked in the white spots on the street for much less (free from 6pm to 8am). I'd recommend the place to friends with families.
Positivespacious room, attentive staff, clean room, great location, reasonable price, mew elevator
Negativeair condition issues, expensive parking (800CZK/day!), lack of bathroom amenities, no late checkout fee, no lock on internal doors

Wonderful Prague. We loved Prague and especially staying at Residence Karolina. The apartment was very well set up with everything you could want. The bed was excellent and there was plenty of storage room. The apartment was cleaned every day. The view from the apartment to the Castle was extraordinary. The front office staff were helpful above and beyond their duties especially Kate who was so friendly, informative and helped with luggage, she was amazing.
