City Trip Maybe one suggestion. The shampoo in the wrappers look cheap and don't match the luxurious apartment and facilities

Wonderful stay at Prague city appartment My wife nad I stayed at the Karolina for 3 days in July. The appartment is beautiful, spacious , very clean and very well located. We did travel a lot over the last 10 years and this is one of the best place we have stayed. I strongly recommend and would return any time.

I am Fully Satisfied First of all, I would like to note that the male staff who was at the reception desk around 9:00 pm ~ 10:00 pm, 15/07/15 was so kind, and he is just the best hotel staff I've ever met. It is extremely unfortunate that I cannot remember his name. Please find him and give a big compliment! The Residence Karolina is located very close to Narodni Divadlo where I could take many trams to famous places such as Prague Castle and Hlavni Nadrazi. I could access the Old Town Square by foot in a few minutes as well. In addition, there are some supermarkets nearby opening until 1:00 am. The room was very clean and spacious. I have nothing to complain and would like to highly recommend staying in the Residence Karolina.

Beautiful Prague The apartment was an excellent standard. All amenities were of top standard. There is only a couple of things. The staff were very helpful but a little short on knowledge. We had booked an apartment well in advance and two days before our arrival we were told we could not have the apartment we had booked because a customer wanted to stay longer. We were offered another apartment that was smaller for the same price and a floor higher with no lift and to compensate a free trip from the train station which had previously been offered. When I went back and said this was not acceptable the staff member did look for another apartment which was good. The staff were very helpful in resolving this problem however I am a little disappointed that we were given such short notice of the change.
