lovely apartment in dream city Prague We have stayed in Residence Karolina, one bedroomed apartment for a week in June. We absolutely loved Prague (despite the light rain almost every day) Everything went smoothly from the moment we landed, the driver was waiting for us at the airport, complimentary service from Prague City apartments. The people at the reception were very friendly and helpful and kind enough to recommend places to eat. The apartment has got high ceilings, is very spacious and well equipped. It was kept reasonably clean every day. I had a couple of recommendations for future guests after a first day greeting from the manager asking if everything was alright. I was very surprised to find one of the staff at the door in less than an hour with salt and pepper mill in hand and a variety of pillows the following day. I must also mention the central location of the apartment, we almost walked everywhere, just took the tram a couple of times. What a great place! I feel so lucky to have stayed at the Residence Kaorlina. I enjoyed a two week stay and it was perfect. The airport pickup was handy. The apartment was spacious and close to Charles Birdge, Old Town Square, and Wenceslas Square. The rooms were clean and there was regular service to clean the apartment and supply clean linens and towels. The bed was super comfortable. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Getting in and out of the building was no problem and the building itself was very quiet. I will never stay at another place when I return to Prague...they have my business for ever!

Four nights in Prague Prague was the first stop of an 18 day vacation in Central Europe. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. Many sights were in easy walking distance, The staff in the office downstairs were consistently helpful.

Beautiful Prague We had a wonderful time staying in the apartment in Residence Karolina. The location was excellent--close to everything but quiet. The bed was comfortable. The spaces were attractive and large. You made everything run smoothly--initial email confirmation, car pick up at the airport, check in and information at the registration area, and organizing the car to return us to the airport at 4:00 a.m.! Thank you for helping us to enjoy the wonderful city of Prague instead of worry with the logistics. I would definitely recommend your place.
