The Perfect Apartment, The Perfect Location. I love this place, the location and the staff that supports it. I felt as if I were home and worry free. Yet, I was 4500 miles away on a great WORRY-FREE vacation thanks to them.
PositiveYou will wnat for nothing, If there is, the staff will help you in perfect English. They have a hot line to the office. They are there 24/7. They can handle anything. THEY ARE PROACTIVE. They arrange functions for you so you can go on with your vaca

Our stay ar Masna Great supportive customer service, very nice apartment clean and big, excellent location. On a negative side we had a few problems: - One morning hot water stopped running. It was very uncomfortable (my wife could not even wash shampoo). - The light did not turn on at the entrance to the building at night and there was no light at our floor for a few nights. I believe it is not just inconvenient but dangerous. - It was nosy at night from a nearby night club, as the windows in the lliving room (app 204) faced a street.

I would have liked to find a minimum in the kitchen like salt, the cloths of the bed changed at least once in the week and the ground washed.

Brilliant Holiday We had such a brilliant time, no negative comments! The only thing to improve on would be to install an oven for cooking in the kitchen, other than that perfect! The staff in the head office were very helpful. Thank you very much.
