Awesome vacation even with 2 small kids Highly recommend for to choose this company

Like a second home for a short stay Josefov is one of the most lively, beautiful and centrical neibourghoods in Prague -and Residence Masna is middle of it. We enjoyed a large, modern and quiet apartment, and with those small things that make your stay convenient but that are not always to be found in rental apartments (detergent, sugar, toilet paper...). Daily cleaning is superficial but enough. It is specially remarkable the availability and helpfulness of the staff, both online and offline!

Stayed in the Masna 3 years ago. Loved it. Our apt. this time was disappointing. bathroom shower drain overflows in 2 minutes. The wood has rotted around the door frame. Bottom of shower is broken. Bathroom vent is filthy. Cobwebs in living room. It needs a thorough cleaning. Light fixtures didn't work. The whole building needs interior painting. It seems tired. Location is fabulous. Service from staff is fabulous. Summary: Needs maintenance and cleaning. Kathy Roberts

Very pleasant stay The only (very minor) complaints I have are this room did not have a toaster (as the previous apartment we stayed in at Residence Masna did). Also, one morning we had the "do not disturb" sign on the door, I thought the maids would clean as long as we didn't leave the sign up all afternoon, but it was around 1300 and they just dropped off towels. We would have left shortly and they could have cleaned then, but really we didn't care that much. Otherwise, everything was perfect!
