PositiveGood location but disappointed with the lack of air conditioning and no access to booking office as phone was out of order.
Negativee.g. a bit noisy couldn't work out why but one night the noise from a party did not stop until 5 in the morning.

Still my favourite, regardless! Still my favourite place to stay, good value, perfect location, lots of privacy, clean, comfortable apartments with plenty of room and nice bathrooms.
PositiveThere are few places that offer the space, comfort & cleanliness right in the centre of the Old Town that is found at the Masna apartments
NegativeIt may be time for a lick of paint throughout and some new carpeting in the public areas. This time though I could not get any TV channels (not really an inconvenience) and the internet connection was off for much of my stay.

RESIDENCE MASNA - studio apartment I found the apartment to be a very comfortable, clean and spacious with a large, modern bathroom. The location is on a quiet street but just a short walk to the Town Square and other shopping areas and plenty of restaurants. There is a great bakery just around the corner too. The Guest Relations Manager, Simona Polanska, was very helpful. She e-mailed me information before my trip and was available to answer all my questions via e-mail while I was in Prague. The other staff members I meet were also very pleasant and informative. I appreciated being given the option to have the airport transfer stop at the office on the way to the apartment, so I did not have to lug my baggage across town. The internet did go down while I was there, but the office set up another wireless connection the next day until their regular server was fixed. I would definitely recommend staying at the Masna apartment.
