From the moment we checked in the staff were absolutely amazing . They literally went out of their way to make us comfortable . We travel a lot all over for golf tournaments and stay only at five star hotels . We decided to stay at Karolina residence as most of our favourite hotel were full . I can sincerely say now that we are so happy that we stayed here as the service , staff attitude ,location and just about everything that a family would need for a perfect vacation was right here, we would surely not hesitate to recommend family and friends staying at your residence in the future . I would sincerely like to thank everyone at residence Karolina especially Mariana , Martin and ELISKA for making our stay amazing .

Our stay in Prague We (my wife, my adult son, and I) had a wonderful time in Prague, a large part of which is due to the suite we had at the Residence Karolina. My only evaluation that was not excellent was for front office staff. Everyone in the front office was very eager to help and very friendly. Our one negative incident - which is rather modest and did not effect our outlook on the trip or the residence - was when we were waiting for a guide to pick us up outside the building only to find out that she had been sitting in the office for 15 minutes waiting for us. Again, this is not a very big deal but I felt it demonstrated a modest lack of initiative. We loved out stay and will recommend it to anyone we know who plans to visit Prague. Regards. Wonderful apartment in Prague The apartment was large with very high ceilings. It was very clean and fully equipped. This is the first time we had a front office staff available 24/7 and daily maid service included in the cost. What a great convience! They took care of transfers and tours for us too. All went very smoothly. We highly recommend using your group for the apartment and the wonderful support of the staff in planning tours, transfers and always answering questions in a timely manner.

Four days in Prague We're very pleased that we chose to stay at these apartments, our four days wasn't enough and we could easily have stayed longer. Our apartment was extremely comfortable and well equipped with everything needed for a holiday home. We walked to the old city centre, the Jewish quarter, Wenceles Square and the Castle. Alternatively there is a tram barely 100 metres from the apartment if you want to catch a tram to the castle. We actually caught the tram back from the castle even though that's the downhill journey and it was very quick and convenient. Buy your tram ticket first. We cooked in three of our four nights and this was made easy with the dishwasher (detergent supplied). A sharper knife would have been nice and also a good vegetable peeler but we managed just fine with what we had. The apartments are about a five minute walk from Tesco Supermarket. There were restaurants nearby and we did eat out one night and enjoyed it. We enjoyed the experience of eating in as being from Australia, this gave
