Lovely Christmas at Prague Me and my family really enjoyed our stay at Prague City Apartments ! Everything was done to facilate our stay. For exemple, they managed our transferts from the aeroport to the apartement and the conciergerie was open the day as the night to reply to our any questions. The staff took care of us ! For the christmas 's day we got a really good surprise from them. They put under the christmas tree a really nice present ( a nice box with sweets, pastries and a bottle of delicious wine ! ) We really appreciated it. Also, the appartment was very well located, it was very central ( but in very quiet street) and extremely close from monuments ! We used just once the tube !! The appartement ( the loft) was as the picture on the website and it was extremely clean and spacious. Me and family recommand Prague city Apartments !!!

Great Apartment and Management in Prague My husband and I rented a one bedroom apartment (#42) over Christmas. The apartment, was spacious, well equipped, and in a great location. In addition, the office staff provided excellent customer service throughout the booking process and our stay. Furthermore, they really went out of their way to make us feel at home over the holidays. When we arrived, we found that the staff had setup a Christmas tree in the apartment which was a nice festive touch. When we returned to our room on Christmas Eve, we found a gift under the tree that included a bottle of local wine and some snacks. We thought this was a lovely gesture. We wouldn't hesitate to say here again.

New year in Prague Hello Martin, First transmit to your team all our congratulations for the way they arranged all we need during our stay. Secondly, thank you for the nice gift you gave us for the end of our stay: it was really a very unexpected but appreciated basket! Last, I would say that the location and the apartment are more than perfect, we have been able to do all the visits by walk! As it was the first we came in Prague we also benefited from the airport transfer you proposed, at a a competitive price. The fact to have people available for information, for cleaning up the apartment are a big Plus comparing to other places we stayed for holidays, because simply we had facts that somebody was taking care of us. The only very small thing you may improve is just to ensure that there are enough knifes and forks for 4 people, to avoid to launch too often the dish washer. Best "Pre" Xmas vacation ever The apartments are beautiful, the odd numbered (31, 41) apartments are larger, have a separate kitchen and 2 toilets. The view to the inner courtyard provide you with an authentic feel in addition to quite surroundings. The reception staff is amazing, kind and attentive to every need! The location is excellent, 5 minutes from Vaclav square and the Astronomic clock. This is our first attempt at an apartment instead of an hotel - and I must say we are not disappointed! This is the way to go in Prague.
