. We found the staff to be very helpful. It was an added surprise that they were in the same building and available 24/7. We used them on a regular basis for tips and suggestions and always found them ready to do their best. Size of the unit was great and well located. The only thing my wife wished for was better lighting in the main bathroom. We would certainly stay with you again and refer you to friends.

Home Away from Home On our first visit to Prague we loved coming back to our apartment at night - so welcoming and spacious. This is a first class organization with professionalism in every area. The staff were so efficient and welcoming and provided helpful tourist suggestions. We appreciated the grocery delivery service, complimentary taxi pickup at airport, use of computer in office, daily maid service, having a full kitchen, modern washroom, and in a nice quiet location. A block away to Tesco grocery store which was very handy for buying food. We walked everywhere and felt very safe. This is the place to stay when visiting Prague - a real gem. Thank you everyone at Residence Karolina for your kind hospitality.

great apartment We were so pleased to check into this top floor spacious, warm and comfortable apartment. I couldn't have been happier. The view from the windows was very good too. I would recommend the apartments and the staff, and would definitely stay there again.

A lovely stay in a beautiful city One of the best apartment rentals we have ever stayed in the many countries we have visited. The management knows what it is doing, and the staff are well-trained, helpful and proactive in their service (something very rare these days)! Location of the apartment was really convenient - 3 minutes easy walk to the nearest supermarket, 5 minutes walk to the National Theatre, 10 minutes to Charles. Bridge. We loved the wonderful powerful shower, heated bathroom and fully-equipped kitchen. We highly commend Katarina, the Front Desk Receptionist / Concierge - she was very warm, friendly and helpful. Some suggestions to make it even better: 1) Light up the front of the apartments better - perhaps install a motion-sensor light just outside the main entrance. 2) Install a shelf for bath items in the shower cubicle - the little soap dish is inadequate. Karolina Apartments will definitely be our #1 choice for our next visit to Prague! Thanks for everything.
