A great stay in Prague We rented our two bedroom apartment for one week in September, 2013. This was a wonderful place to stay, in the heart of the Jewish Quarter. Prague is a perfect city for walking, and this apartment location gives easy access to the old part of the city, the Charles Bridge area, and the Lower Town. The building itself is beautiful, and the apartment spacious and clean. The furniture in the living room is very modern, which is clean and spare looking, but not really very cozy - a small point. The kitchen was also very modern, and with all the appliances you need. The bathrooms were very nice. The staff at the reception area were very pleasant and helpful, and any requests and questions were dealt with immediately. The only problem came in using the washing machine and dryer. There need to be instructions about how to use the machines, and what all the options (buttons, selections, etc.) on the machines are, in several languages.

Work Trip Made Fantastic... Absolutely stunning space in the best location. We couldn't have asked for more! The staff was friendly and eager to help - everything from directing us to the nearest grocery to arranging for an airport pickup on the day of departure. The apartment itself was clean, spacious and gorgeously appointed with wide windows and very, very comfortable beds. I've told everyone about Prague City Apartments and know it will be my first choice when I return to the city!

Young Family of Four enjoyed the residence. We stayed at this residence. Right off the bat, nothing bad to say about this place. Staff was excellent, very attentive and very helpful in any way they can. Location is superb. 2 minute walking distance to Old town, but yet situated in a fairly quiet neighbourhood for some nice wine during the evening overlooking our balcony. We were a young family of four (two girls 5 and 7) and we walked everywhere - old town, new town, jewish quarter, prague castle area and little quarter. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone considering this establishment without hesitation. If we were to go back to Prague, we would go back to this residence, or other residences in other central areas in Prague from Prague City Apartments.

We so loved the efficiency, and courteous web and Reception Staff ! The accomadations were clean, modernly decorated and comfortable for our stay. They made sure our trip would not be unpleasant and substiuted a Wonderful 2 BR apt when the one we scheduled 'ran out of hot water'. They answered all our inquires day or late nite happily and promptly. HOo do find such wonderful customer service personel ! They spoke and knew English so well! Your company was recommended by a friend who travels alot and her recommendation was right On Spot....you are the Best value and Service we had in a Long time!! We will not hesitate to use apts in your other cities if need be, or try others after this Great experience. Thank you from customers in USA!

Very professional and accommodation From the moment I booked our accommodation the communication between myself and the staff was prompt, friendly and professional. There was a bit of a stuff up with the original accommodation so they put us into a better apartment for the same price, which was terrific. Very happy with the service and will definitely use this organisation again when we come back. Thanks guys.
