A wonferfull time in a wonderfull city We had a wonderfull time, doing lots of the city highlights by foot due to the perfect location of the apartment. The apartment itself was very spacious and equipped with all kind of facilities for an enjoyable stay. Consider the following two points of feedback of minor importance, because we think your apartments gave us a high level of luxury: 1. Create for your guests a channel-list for the decoder with German-English spoken programmes (without this its quite a search on which of the 1400 channels (interesting) programmes can be seen). Although such a list was also not available for the decoder with Czech-spoken programmes, this didn't bother us so much because only 11 channels were available (which was much easier to scan of course). 2. We used the free WIFI-facilities with Apple-equipment (Ipad en Ipod-touch); although the strength of the wireless network was OK (as was indicated on our screens), we had a lot of problems staying on-line. First visit to Prague Residence Rybna is in an excellent location giving you access within walking distance to Old Town Square, Josefov, Wenceslas Square, Charles Bridge and at Republic Square several trams. The apartment is suitably furnished and made for a very comfortable stay - much better than the confining space of an hotel. Arranging the booking, contact with the office and arranging airport transfers was simple and easy via the internet and the online chat service. We only went to the main office once - on our arrival - and the service was friendly, informative and we felt we could contact them should the need arise. From a personal view I would have loved a lift! But the climb up the stairs although difficult with a mobility disability was worth it for the location. The wooden floors do make it a bit noisy - or maybe those above us were very heavy footed but it did sound as if they would come crashing through the ceiling! When I return to Prague I will use Prague City Apartments and I will stay at the Rybna. Every

Would recommend to everyone - in particular families! Smooth transfers from and to airport. Overall good service - also when appartment was not available on first night (bigger appartment in same building offered + discount) and extra bed not made as per agreement (instant delivery of necessary bedlinen).
