week with friends We had a nice stay with our friends in Residence Rybna. The location was excellent and the staff was very helpful. But we had some issues we'd like to point out for future customers. The apartment we lived in had two bedrooms, but it's not like having two separate bedrooms but the two rooms have a doorway between them without the door. So the rooms are connected and actually I would consider them as one space since there's no way to separate them. So this would maybe be perfect to a family where the parents need to check on their children reqularly but for two couples or one couple and two friends this cannot be considered having any privacy. The cleaning worked nicely except they didn't change our towels on last day, even though we had placed the towels to the floor. We had to call twice to get the towels. Also the vacuuming wasn't included to the cleaning. As a scandinavian people we're also accustomed to two blankets with sheets. These rooms contained double beds with one blanket and one sheet. Prague with small children We booked a 2-bed apartment at Residence Rybna (No.13) for a long weekend in April/May. Overall I would say it certainly met my expectations (my husband said it exceeded his!). It was perfect for our family of 2 adults, 2 young children and a toddler - open-plan living/dining room and kitchen, 2 interconnecting bedrooms and a spacious bathroom, with a lovely hot shower. Everything felt fairly new and smart; the kitchen was very well equipped, and although we hadn't expected to find a washing machine in the apartment we did end up making use of it (due to ice-cream covered toddler). Good location, just round the corner from the Powder Tower + Namesti Republiky metro station (and various trams) and walking distance to pretty much anywhere! I found the service very good - Simona emailed us a couple of weeks before our arrival to check any specific requests (baby cot, airport transfers, etc.), and she responded quickly to all emails.
