Great apartment in centre of Prague We stayed for 3 nights at the Karolina Residence in June. This was the nicest apartment we had stayed in while in Europe. The location was fabulous, a 5 minute walk to the bridge, old town and numerous other attractions. Communication with the property management was prompt and efficient. The apartment was very nicely decorated and was very spacious. Front reception staff were extremely helpful and arranged for all our transfers from train station and airport. I would consider this to be an upscale apartment for travellers and would highly recommend it.

Family vacation These apartments are clean, spacious and have the necessary amenities (Including washer/ dryer which is critical for our family who travels for an entire month using one carryon suitcase!) My only suggestion is to put tenants with small children on the bottom floor because children like to run around which creates a lot of noise coming from the ceiling.

Excellent stay Small adjustments needed: - Bathrooms need 1) a shelve near the sink and 2) a support in the shower to put the soap and shampoo. - The washer/dryer did not work on the drying cycle. This was mentionnend during our stay. Somebody came to check and said effectively it did not work and needed repair. Thank you for everything and your professionnal attitude. Diane Dobaj .
