Quaint apartment hotel in the heart of one of Europe's most beautiful neighbourhoods! Very wonderful and pleasant stay. The location was perfect, the front office staff from the moment the booking was made until our departure was reliable, efficient, friendly, and went above and beyond what I expected as a customer. I would highly recommend this company to any of my family and friends!

Weekend trip One of the best locations in old town ( karlova street ) Only 5 minutes to charles bridge and old town square If we visit prague in the future we will definitely come back to your appartements.

Family break We are just back from Prague and had a brilliant time there. On the positive it was an excellent location and very clean and warm. However the apartment we stayed in (Karlova 32) was not great and we have stayed all over Europe and it was the worst apartment we have stayed in AND the most expensive. The negatives were that it was too expensive for that size / type of apartment and it was quite shabby and old fashioned. Also: - the kitchen was very badly equipped and it was too difficult to cook there as it was too small and badly equipped - glassware was chipped and very poor selection and cutlery was rubbish - the fridge was a huge and took up most of the tiny kitchen - toaster didnt work unless you hold the it down while toasting - the kitchen basically was awful - there wasnt any good knives like a bread knife and no medium sized pots, no bowls for salads etc - website says this apartment has a dishwasher but it doesnt - the sofas were very uncomfortable and I know they are sofa beds but they w

long weekend in Prague Stayed for 3 nights in Karlova appartments. Excellent value for money, in the very city center of the old city, very clean place with cleaning every day and new towels. Quick WI-FI, and very spacious rooms, very helpful desk
