room switched at last minute I would have given the room a higher evaluation but it was not the room I had reserved and requested FOR OVER 1 YEAR and to give me 1 days notice before we were flying to Prague it was not available .was a little late. I wanted the balcony apartment. If someone was living there for over one year why did you accept my reservation for this apartment? I have noticed you are still offering this apartment on your website for the 6 months extension the person is staying in apartment 43

A most Comfortable apartment in a convenient location. The staff were very obliging and always available and responsive to our requests. We were all very happy with our choice and would consider staying in the PCA again. In terms of the equipment, the washing machine, though very convenient to have, is rather complicated to operate. A less sophisticated mechanism would be helpful. Also the temperature in the bathtub did not work. The handy man who came to check it out said that the battery inside needed changing. This meant that showers in that bath were impossible as the water was extremely hot. The above are only meant as helpful suggestions not criticisms. We were impressed with all the other facilities and equipment. Thank you Jana Clarke
