Excellent experience in Prague We loved our location on Karoliny Svetle. The street is full of hidden gems including restaurants and pubs. The apartment was charming, comfortable, clean and secure. The office staff was outstanding; very helpful and anxious to help. We would definitely consider staying in this location again if we return to Prague. To some it may not be close enough to the hustle bustle of the Old Square but we considered that a plus. It is close to the river and very convenient to the street car stop. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Visiting Son in Prague Everything ran very smoothly from the very start through to the end of our trip. The booking was easy and conatct to arrange such things as transport from the airport was responded to within minutes. The apartment (2 bed for 4) was HUGE; with en-suites to both bedrooms. It was spotless and well kitted out and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We had a small issue with a sticking sink plug which was sorted in minutes. The apartment is in a beatiful building just off a main street and close to the heart of Prague. The only minor issue was the road noise, due to the cobbled street, which invaded even the double glazing, but this didn't put us off. We would certainly return again.

Outstanding comfort, value and location The Prague apartments exceeded my expectations both for location and comfort. I had read positive reports about the apartments, however, these barely do justice to this wonderful set of apartments. We were picked up from the airport right on time and the transfer back was also highly efficient. I was traveling with my daughter and her partner and the Karolina aparments was the ideal base for exploring Prague. The two bedroom apartment was large enough to give everyone a sense of space while also allowing us to enjoy recalling stories from our day's adventures.

Stay here!!! Every step in the process was good. The staff was excellent. The apartment was excellent. It is hard to appreciate how nice it is to have an apartment rather than a hotel room. Our stay was in a two bedroom unit and there were two couples. Each group had their own bathroom and privacy. The kitchen was very nice and we made several dinners there as well as breakfast every morning. The only thing to notice is that the two bedroom unit on the first floor, #13, had the windows of the back bedroom facing a wall a foot or so away. It was not very scenic but it was quiet. I think this situation is better on the higher floors. The location was great with the only exception being that the underground station behind the Tesco was closed for upgrades. It was a five or ten minute walk to old town square and even less to Wenceslas square (Mustek station). The castle is accessible by the #22 tram just onto the main street (Divaldni). The river bank is only a couple of minutes away and the Charles bridge

The Best service and apartment - fantastic place to stay This is a fantastic apartment and the staff were exceptional. Our transfer picked us up from the airport and delivered us to the door. We were greeted by two very cheerful young ladies who immediately gave you confidence that your stay would be great. One escorted us to our apartment and it was fantastic, spotless, very well appointed, spacious and secure. This was an exceptional apartment with the best service experienced on our 6 week vacation. The location was great being only a short walk from the Charles Bridge and the Town Square in one direction and the new town area in the other direction. No shortage of places to eat close by and a must go to place is the Louve Cafe just up the street. We can't fault this apartment, the staff or the location. Congratulations to Prague City Apartments for recruiting such fantastic staff.
