The perfect apartment in a beautiful city! We stayed in Residence Karolina with another couple last week and were BEYOND pleased! The apartment is spacious and beautiful (my husband loved the large soaking tub and I loved having a washer/dryer), and it is in walking distance to Old Town and the Charles St. Bridge. We arrived late at night and the 24-hour staff was wonderful. They even arranged to have us picked up at the airport, and made several reservations for us for different things. All spoke very good English and were so accommodating. We want to return to Residence Karolina in the future with our daughters. Thank you so much!

Luxurious Apartment This apartment was absolutely perfect and super luxurious! It was in a great location and we had no problems with anything! I would and have recommended this place to friends. I love the Nespresso machine! I'm going home and purchasing one for myself!

Everything is fine as it is, only didn't like you switched off the internet connection exactly at 11:00 AM and deactivated our keys on 7th of July. I understand there is a general check-out time but you should have to handle it with some tolerance.

This is the first time we rented from you and we were very pleased. The staff was always very helpful. They went above and beyond finding the answers to our questions. The location was perfect.
