Everything is fine as it is, only didn't like you switched off the internet connection exactly at 11:00 AM and deactivated our keys on 7th of July. I understand there is a general check-out time but you should have to handle it with some tolerance.

This is the first time we rented from you and we were very pleased. The staff was always very helpful. They went above and beyond finding the answers to our questions. The location was perfect. Memorable stay at Prague The most enjoyable and convenient thing about the aprtments is everything a tourist wants to see, shop and eat excellent food is at a walking distance. The front office staff was very friendly and efficient and pleasant.
