Great Family weekend ! The apartment was perfect for our family of 5. It's well located, walking distance from many of the tourist's attractions like the old town center,restaurants, bridges and shopping areas.Eventhough we planned the parking situation ahead once there we realized it wasn't going to work because the minivan was too big for that space. The staff helped us find another place right away .We didn't use the minivan again until we left. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times.We had a great experience and loved the apartment. We'll definately use Prague City Apartments again and it will be our first recommendation to family and friends traveling to Prague. Thank You, Diaz Family

Dear Simona, Our stay in Prague and at your apartment was most enjoyable. Your assistance with a driver to pick us up and the airport and take us to the train station was both helpful and very efficient as was our check in to the apartment . The apartment was in a great location, very spacious, warm, comfortable, clean and the equipment was all we needed. The only difficulty we had which was no reflection on your company or the apartment was the neighbours playing loud music until 3am during the first two nights of our stay. Trip to Prague with friends Overall i'm very pleased with apartment. It is positioned right in the middle of everything, clean and the service is fast and polite. I gave it a little bit less than perfect grade due to the fact that there is only one toilet for two bedrooms and one hair drier for two bathrooms... Otherwise, just perfect!

just lovely We would have appreciated on arrival if we had not only been given the keys but if we had been told how to find and to get into the appartment. Actually, on arrival at Karlova 42, we took the wrong elevator, which then got stuck! It was the cleaner woman who finally helped us and showed us the way to the inner courtyard and to apartment 32. Equipment: the coffee machine is a bit small for 4 people
