A great start to our European tour Airport pickup,basic supplies purchased as requested, free WiFi that worked,good quality appliances, comfortable beds, transport to Station all as promised. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Prague To Mr. Tomasek We had a wonderful week in Prague and the Karolina appartment is one of the reason. From the train station pick-up to the airport transfer, everybody on your staff were kind, helpful and professional. They made everything easy and were quick to answer all of our demands. As for the apartment, we could not have ask for anything better. We already told a few friends about your services and we would not hesitate to recommend them in the future. Great for couples stay Overall excellent. Nice apt layout for couples - extra bathroom a plus. Wifi was great. Nice big windows to watch people on street. Beds and pillows good. Water pressure great. Good lights and nighstands by bed. Washing machine handy. Easy walk to everything.

Prague Visit September 2011 Residence Karolina is a great value. It is spacious, very nicely located and clean. The staff was very attentive from our first contact until leaving.

We were 4 people traveling together and rented two apartments at the Karolina location. We were met at the airport and driven directly to your office and then to the apartment. We absolutely loved it. The location is great with many shops and restaurants nearby. The apartments were very clean and we loved the free wi fi. I could recommend possibly replacing the couches in the near future but that would be the one and only thing I would change. Thank you Prague City Apartments for making our first trip to Prague perfect. We will be back!!!!!
