Great Trip from Start to Finish! We have been living in Europe as expats for the past few years, and have done quite a bit of travelling/staying in apartments. We have had everything from wonderful to dreadful experiences. Thankfully, our experience with Prague City Apartments was the best that we have had to date! We had actually booked a hotel room in the city, and then found the listing for Residence Karolina, which was half the price. We promptly cancelled our hotel room, and hoped for the best. Prior to our trip, questions emailed to the PC office regarding parking and other details were responded to promptly. We then received a message that we had been upgraded to a two bedroom unit, which was a very pleasant surprise. Upon our arrival, the check in and garage parking process was seamless, and we were escorted around the corner to the apartment. We found the building to be beautiful and historic, but were pleased to find a thoroughly well-equipped, modern apartment. Actually, our kids said that they would be ready to just mov

In the heart of a historic lively city It was definitely the right choice to stay in Karolina Residence. The apartment was located in a very nice Art Nouveau palace with a wonderful entrance. The rooms were spacious, nice and stylish furnished, very clean. Each sleepingroom had it's own bathroom and there was a third guest restrooms (perfect!). We didn't use the kitchen but it was nice to see that there was one. to reach the same level you should book a suite in a design hotel... We had the feeling to be in a hotel from the service perspective. Wathever we needed (e.g. Taxi) the front desk reacted immediately proposing the best alternative. The only missing pieces is breakfast but at walking distance there are plenty of nice cafes ... We were in the heart of Prague. Compared to the everage hotel (which you get for that price) I have no doubt.
Positiveperfect location, spacious, stylish

Great accommodations for two couples or a family This is a terrific place to stay -- centrally located, on the very useful #22 tram line, and just a couple of blocks from a metro station, excellent historic cafes and a supermarket where you can purchase food to enjoy in the apartment's full-size kitchen. The apartment and building are beautiful and well-maintained. The pictures on the website are accurate representations -- the bedrooms and common areas are spacious with very high loft ceilings and large windows. Bathrooms are a bit small to move around in, but are very clean and modern. Washer/dryer is an excellent plus. Highly recommended aparthotel.
