Wonderful apartment We loved our apartment and would absolutely choose it again and recommend it. Being a hopeless perfectionist, I could point out that I missed an umbrella, and some oven-mitts, but I feel ashamed even mentioning it, because the rest could hardly be improved. The only thing I missed, being in the service rendering buiseness myself, is 'service with a smile' at the reception. The girls were helpful, but very uncommunicative. I think it would be a great improvement if they got instructions to greet customers with a smile, ask them if they had a nice journey, etc., and overall be more outgoing. Eg, we spent 10 minutes waiting in the office for a taxi tuesday afternoon, and the girl ignored us completely, not even looking up from her computer screen when we left. I know customers really appreciate some exaggerated friendliness, and it takes so little. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and in hope of many happy returns I greet you, Jasmina Offermann

Group of friends visiting Prague We had a very nice stay at residence karolina overall. Staff were courteous and efficient. The apartment itself was comfortable, well-appointed and centrally located. Wecould find little fault with few exceptions: it took some time and effort to figure out how to open and properly lock the apartment door; the cleaning staff kept the place tidy but did not replenish bath and dish soaps; no hand soaps were provided-- this would have been helpful; the staff arranged a taxi transfer upon our departure but the taxi did not arrive which created some anxiety -- we were fortunate to be able to flag another taxi that happened to be driving by. Regardless, these things did not detract from the overall experience which was very positive.
