Not really 'non smoking' This 3rd floor apartment was truly sensational and exactly what we had hoped for, but our experience was compromised by the presence of smoke in the apartment. We always go to great lengths to reserve non smoking accomodation, so found the smoke annoying and unpleasant. Things improved when patrons in the apartment directly below us left, but it would really be best if smoking was banned in the corridoors, apartments, and on the 2nd floor balconies. We loved Prague and would happily return - probably to a 1st floor apartment.! For those of us who don't, 'Non Smoking' has to be truly no smoking.

A new years stay at Prague with friends We dont't expectet such a lovely apartment, so we were very suprised. The transport service as a free present at the arrive and all other accomodations made the stay at prague very special. I will propose Prague apartement to friends!

My daughter and I stayed there in mid December 2010. While the apartment was nice, there were no directions on how to use the washing machine, the oven and the microwave. Also, there were no microwave dishes and the cutlery lacked certain items, such as kitchen tongs. When we booked this apartment at no time were we ever told there would be a security deposit to be paid for the apartment on top of the rental. After paying the security deposit and being advised orally and in writing that this security deposit would be released the day after we left and that it was an imprint only, on checking with my Bank on arriving home, there had been a hold put on this "secuity deposit" and it was not released for at least 10 days. It would pay you to be totally upfront on your web site where you list "damsage deposit applies for group", you should also state "security deposit will be taken on arrival and may not be released for at least 10 days".

Prague in December My family rented two 2-BR apartments for our visit to Prague in December. All five of us were very pleased with the comfort of the rooms, bathrooms, kitchens and living rooms. The entry to the building, the entry stairway and the atrium are all beautiful, and the room furnishings are all modern and well-kept. The kitchen outfitting was fine for our needs and the daily maid service was efficient, thorough and pleasant. A December trip is always risky for the weather, and we had to contend with substantial snow and ice, including on the sidewalk and paths leading to the apartment. Still we were so close to the sights of the Old Town that we enjoyed our stay very much. The main negative was that the elevator was out-of-order for most of our stay. We also found the telephone was unplugged and not working for the first day of our visit (but was brought back into service quickly by PCA staff.)
