Family vacation None of our keys worked when we arrived home at 8:45, it took 3 trips for the staff tol get us in, until 10:30. We will recommend PCA to all of our friends. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Mike

Prague stay Loved the apartment. It was perfect for our visit to Prague. Lots of room, lovely balcony, close to Old Town Square and the river. Walked nearly everywhere. Prague City Apartments Staff was wonderful. Everything ran very smoothly. Our transfer drivers were there exactly when they said they would be. I would definitely use Prague City Apartments on future visits.

Great location, highly reccomended, but..... Classic old city feel to a great apartment in a great location....walking distance to EVERYTHING and also next to the #17 tram stop....hidden secret is the coffee shop next door in the University building...cheap american coffee and breakfasts made to order american style at student prices...what a find in the most expensive section of Prague. Also great is proximity to river boat cruises (but not running at the time due to high water in the Vltave..) Several small issues (internet based phone system direct to the office worked sporadically...stuff like that..) but two big ones for us were #1 we were told "AC", but not even close! One tiny fan, and temps 37-39 C (99-101 F) made things more that just a little miserable..understanding that these temps are unusual for Prague so maybe this will not be an issue for most folks, but surviving the heat was a real slog and not to be able to sleep at night (noisy road with traffic, and no breeze anyway!) was a bit of a test....#2 - Washer had no useful instruction

Group holiday Beautiful apartment! Very nice quite area and a very short walk into Old Town. Lovely restaurants and shops nearby. Cleaned everyday which was a nice thing. Friendly helpful office staff that we're never too busy to help. Overall I would recommend and use this company again. So nice having a space to use and not have to sit in hotel rooms or bars. Only negative was a safe that wouldn't work and a cupboard door in the master bedroom that would sat shut. Both minor issues and easily rectified I'm sure.
