Family vacation The apartment and location were great. However, there were some inconveniences like soap not available in bathrooms and no spare kitchen towel which were annoying.

We were very impressed by the apartment but the fact we were unable to get hot water for showers was very disappointing. This was despite us raising the issues. Other than this we enjoyed our time at the apartment.

Family Holiday with baby We booked Residence Karolina but were informed when I called to confirm our reservation that we were moved to Residence Brehova the day before I arrived in Prague. The transfer took a slightly longer time as the driver drove us to the wrong apartment even though the I was told that he has been informed of the change. The location cannot be faulted and they gave us a two room apartment even though we booked for a one room apartment. The baby cot was good and there was even a baby towel. The apartment was well furnished with a kitchenette, dryer and washer. Some parts of the apartment would probably need to be worked on. The spa tub was old and dirty. The water temperature in the main bathroom with the spa tub took a long time to be hot and was not very hot. We could feel the spring of the mattress we slept on in one of the bedrooms. We informed the reception and asked for a change of mattress but nothing was done. We stayed for three nights and the lady who came to do our beds did not replenish the sh
