Nice vacation in Prague This was our second time when we stayed in Prague City Apartments and definitely not the last one! The apartment was very cosy and well equipped. There were even washing powder available. In apartment no 41 has a nice balcony with amazing view to the Prague castle. The staff was very kindly and helpful and they took good care of us. The location is also perfect; most of the attractions was at a walking distance and the nearest tram stop about 200 metres

Great week in Prague We have just returned from a lovely week in Prague City Apartments. This was our first visit to Prague and it certainly will not be our last. The city was charming and full of character. The "icing on the cake" was staying in beautiful penthouse Karolina nro.52. It is just as it appears in the photos. The lounge was cosy, the kitchen was very well appointed and fitted out and the double bed was very comfy. Everything was of such a high standard, two kinds of coffee makers etc. Plenty of lovely restaurants right on your door step. Despite being in the centre, it was quiet. We enjoyed having breakfast in the apartment, which had lovely views over the town and castle. Staff in reception, manager and handyman was extremely friendly and helpful. I could not imagine better service, and I can highly recommend this apartment to everyone!

20 Year Anniversary Trip I spent hours researching apts in Prague and read all of the reviews, and that is why we selected Prague City Apts - Karoliny Svetle. We loved the layout of the apt, the decor was modern and clean, kitchen was functional and bathroom very spacious. The bed was comfortable, but my husband wasn't used to the flatter European pillows, so they hurt his neck. Really liked the security to the building and how clean the entrance was, plus a great elevator! It's also nice to get more than one key per family. There are so many shops, restaurants, food stands and a great grocery store super close by. Loved the Tesco grocery store and dept store and the nearby Cafe Louvre and Cafe Kavarna Slavia. They have some great food stands open all night too. Oh, very important, the bathroom always had hot water! That can be a problem here sometimes. By far, we were most impressed with the 24 hour reception,they assisted us with all of our needs at all times, which brings great comfort. Really liked the cleaning

Family visiting our son on his Study Abroad. We loved our stay at the Residence Karolina. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The furniture was all new and the kitchen had everything. It was a spacious apartment and perfect for the three of us. The staff in the front office was extremely helpful. Marianna, Mikala , Alexandra, Ondrej and everyone else was key to our wonderful visit to Prague. They helped with getting us bus tickets, taxi's, boarding passes for our flights and suggestions for restaurants. Always with a smile. The wifi in the apartment was great and we had no problems. Thank you all!
