Prague holiday We would really want to commend the front office staff for their work - they were most welcoming and extremely helpful to us. They certainly contributed to the enjoyment of our stay. Just a couple of minor things to mention: 1. We got the washing machine to work OK but could not/did not get the dryer function to work - maybe a few more instructions on this would help? 2. We had our towels changed the day before we left - which was not really necessary. We are used to a system of leaving towels in the bath/shower if we want them changed and just hanging them up if we do not need a change - this is just to save unnecessary washing. Overall though it was an excellent stay - and we would recommend Karolina to any of our friends who may visit Prague.

Our honeymoon trip It was all perfect! They upgrade our room and they gave one of the best 70squares with all the benefit! The front office staff was absolulty brilliant. We had a problem with fake money and we hadle the situation and gave us back our money! You should visit that appartments!!!
