Prague apartments accommodation - apartments in Prague historical centre - alternative to hotels in Prague

A great place with great service. I did have some issues with the safe and the internet, but the staff cleared the problems up relatively quickly. We never did get the washer dryer to work correctly and the instructions were much too complicated and unclear.That needs some work, but overall very happy with my decision to work with this organization and would love to come back again.

Pleasant Stay for 2 Although the price is abit on the high side, but the 1-room apartment is really fantastic. It is totally spacious with a well equipment kitchen.. It feels totally at home. the check-in counter staff are very friendly and helpful. Just 1 drop point. Although there is security feature at the front door but I do notice the back door is wide open during 3 nights of my stay there. Feeling of security is discounted.

Great Place with Great People The apartment was in a great location...steps away from the tram and within easy walking distance of old town. The staff were excellent and extremely responsive. The apartment was just as shown on the web. We will return!

City break for a couple Excellent service from the front office staff both from email prior to travel with all queries, extremely prompt. Great check in process, a new member of staff who was training and really sweet, team really friendly and helpful. Apartment location was fantastic , close to all amenities and transport links. Apartment itself was clean, maid service was great if required and unintrusive when not required. Apartment had great facilities in kitchen and TV. Addition of smart tv was great opened up a lot more viewing options (uk live tv plus you tube). If I had to be picky the bathroom could do with a shelf in shower to place bottles etc and maybe a hook to bathrobe. AC was advertised and was functional but only in living area, nothing in bedroom. Perhaps some may need a fan in summer months. My stay was 1st week July and it was ok but maybe August may get a little warmer. I would totally recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Prague or if I planned to return, the city was beautiful.

Nice stay, good choice! Excellent location, very comfortable stay, clean apartment, very easy access to walk to the city center. It is a top choice for anyone who wants to visit Prague, but enjoy the family style atmosphere. If we would visit Prague again, Residence Karolia would definitely be in our consideration. Thank you!!
