The Best service and apartment - fantastic place to stay This is a fantastic apartment and the staff were exceptional. Our transfer picked us up from the airport and delivered us to the door. We were greeted by two very cheerful young ladies who immediately gave you confidence that your stay would be great. One escorted us to our apartment and it was fantastic, spotless, very well appointed, spacious and secure. This was an exceptional apartment with the best service experienced on our 6 week vacation. The location was great being only a short walk from the Charles Bridge and the Town Square in one direction and the new town area in the other direction. No shortage of places to eat close by and a must go to place is the Louve Cafe just up the street. We can't fault this apartment, the staff or the location. Congratulations to Prague City Apartments for recruiting such fantastic staff.

First visit to Prague It was a great pleasure to stay at Residence Karolina. It is ideally situated and our apartment was well-appointed and met all of our needs. We were very comfortable and well looked after by the staff. This was our first visit to Prague and Residence Karolina was ideal for our needs. We had a great time exploring the Old Town and beyond and Residence Karolina was the perfect home base for this. We would certainly stay here again.

We enjoyed out stay here and would do so again if we visit Prague . Location was perfect, quiet room,and a very helpful staff with good English. Only negative was the shower, although water temp and pressure were good, it was difficult to keep the water from spraying out onto the floor. A larger glass barrier would have been better. But on the whole loved it. PW

Prague at your doorstep Four of us stayed for four nights. The 2-bedroom flat was spacious, bright, comfortably furnished, and well supplied with dishes, cutlery, etc.. The staff was consistently cheery and very helpful. The location could not be better: 3 minutes walking from Charles St Bridge, 5-10 minutes from the Old Town Square and 10 - 15 minutes from Wenceslas Square. Public transport, both trams and Metro, is nearby as are food shops for those who wish to "eat in". There are a variety of restaurants in the nearby streets. We have stayed in several apartments in a variety of cities in Europe. Residence Karolina is hands down the best so far.
