A wonderful holiday to visit my daughter We enjoyed staying at the Prague apartment, the location was excellent , the apartment had everything we needed and the service was great! We would definitely stay again when we return to Prague!

Another Great Stay This was our second stay at the Karolina and again it fully met our expectations. The staff are very friendly and accommodating as well as helpful. The location is very central and close to all of Prague's greatest sights, restaurants, cultural events and transportation. The apartments are updated, modern and very spacious. The kitchens are well equipped and the addition of a Nespresso machine made our breakfasts that much better! While in Prague, this is a great place to stay and I've recommended to many over the years.

Perfect place for a family This is one of our favorite apartments ever. We found it more spacious than it looks in the pictures. Double windows make it peaceful and quiet inside even though the apartment we stayed in is on the first floor facing the street. Very convenient to have the reception area right next door. Thoughtful management provides a welcome pamphlet which contains helpful and valuable information ( thus eliminating the need to constantly ask questions to the staff). Only place we've stayed in which even provides the instruction manual for the washing machine - very practical! Close to shops, supermarket, places to buy food (including a dessert place in Narodni St. which name I forget - it's below a wedding shop- that has absolutely delicious cakes!) and a yoga studio. The airport transfer booked for us was reasonably priced. We definitely hope to stay here again!

First Time in Prague Our hotel experience started before we even arrived with an email for a complimentary pick-up from where we arrived. We had a late train arriving to Prague so we were worried about how to find our way but it was very generous of them to arrange a driver to come bring us to the reception.The room we booked was very spacious - almost too spacious for two people. The bed was large and comfortable, we had a full bathroom and a half bathroom. The kitchen was fully supplied with utensils. Our service put us off a bit because we were told that we would have our coffee and teas topped up every morning. The first time we asked (when they didn't provide us with more), they politely gave us more. After that, they were rather stingy and rude when we asked them again. Most hotels usually provide that service for free and with better attitude so we were not impressed. The cleaniless was lacking; when we arrived, the half bathroom smelled strongly of smoke. We complained to the front desk and they eventually had som
