Prague apartments accommodation - apartments in Prague historical centre - alternative to hotels in Prague

Longer term living stay in Prague. I had occasion to stay for 8+ months at Residence Karolina, which is run by Prague City Apartments. I had a very nice, spacious, fully serviced, fully furnished apartment on Karoliny Svetle, which is a road just off Narodni in Prague 1...great location, easy walk to Old Town and Wenceslas Square, yet the residence is set off from the main thoroughfare on a smaller road, so it is quiet and not too busy. I really enjoyed all aspects of my stay at the Residence Karolina...for a longer term stay, having a fully serviced and furnished apartment was great for my needs. The place was a little bit pricey for Prague standards, but given the length of my stay, the management was willing to work with me and reduced the daily rate significantly for the part of my stay that was outside of Prague tourist high season. My only real negative about the apartment itself is that it was on a lower floor, and due to the acoustics of the place I could often hear the footfalls of the guests staying in the apartment directly ove

A week in Prague This is a great apartment, and was very helpful from beginning to end.. Arranged transportation from airport, had an office next door, booked restaurants and other things, and overall were very helpful. We have stayed at other apartments around Europe and this was one of the best and easiest experiences and there were no hassles waiting for someone to turn up with keys etc. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Fabulous apartments These are great apartments I have now stayed twice with my family. They arranged everything for my children, a children's bed and cot for our arrival. The cot even had a lovely duvet set with a cute green animal towel for my baby! What a lovely idea! Close to town but very peaceful ie no noise at night. I will defo be booking again next time I come to Prague. Thanks also to the office staff who are friendly and helpful.

Short break in Prague I think we were unlucky that wifi, phone, heating and hot water all went at the same time but everything was fixed in a couple of hours. I would highly recommend Prague City Apartments and Residence Karolina. It was our second time staying there and we would most definitely stay again.
