There are several improvements you could make: - install a full-length mirror - include an extension cord with the reading lamp - the light bulb to the right of the stove was broken - the outlet to the right of the desk was broken - security regarding the housekeeper. she left the door wide open while cleaning, and did not leave the room properly locked (she only turned the lock once to the left, instead of twice) - the automatic lights in the hallways should stay on longer. at night when i returned i had to find my card key and unlock the door in complete darkness, which is difficult. My favorite parts of my stay were: - well equipped kitchen - the excellent customer service from the front desk - pickup/dropoff from airport is very convenient and reliable. drivers were on time and professional - the personalized service, having my groceries ready in the apartment when i arrived was very helpful. - daily housekeeping service. the housekeeper cleaned everything very ni

Family trip to Prague I stayed in the Karolina apartment no 14 with my elderly parents recently and I couldn't have found a better place to stay. The beds were very comfortable, the sense of space and calm in the apartment was great and the kitchen equipment was fine. It is quiet and not on a busy street so traffic noise is negligible. The photos of No 14 do not do the apartment justice, it is much bigger than it looks. The location is the big positive, 3 minute walk to the National Theatre and 6 minutes to Charles Bridge and Old Town Square. Missing Salt and pepper shakers is the only negative thing I can think of, it's not even a real negative. Maybe some previous guests liberated them. Highly recommend the apartment.

My birthday trip to Prague As I am from Prague, but lat two and half year live with my fiance in London we go back few times every year, this time we have been very very impressed with the apartment, it was great location, bigger than we thought and lovely design, we will be comming back soon.

pleasant friendship in prague Only a little suggest for six-person groups, we where in lack with fork, knife, cup because we had only one per person, so it was difficult to cook, etc... I suggest to increase the number to 8 for big group. For italian it would be good to have little cup for coffee and to have italian instruction so I can send to you also my parents that don't speak english!!! Many thanks
