Apartments are in an excellent location, spacious and well equipped and very comfortable. The bed is great. I was on the front of the building but very little noise from the street. On the slightly negative side as follows: Check in was quite odd with very little information. Was never able to get a bill receipt for the stay either when I checked in or when I checked out, although I did ask a few times. The main front door was challenging, often did not close properly which was a matter of concern. No phone in the apartment and could not find the phone which is supposed to be in the stairwell of one of the top floors. Instructions for the washing machine are too basic and incomplete. Overall had a great stay and enjoyed my visit very much.

Great stay in Masna 5 Would stay here again. Appreciated follow-up by management team and resolution of matter re coffee maker. Would recommend to our friends and hope to stay here again

Great apartment, great location The apartment is lovely. It's very large and couldn't be more central: Masna is a little street literally 4 mins walk to the Old Town Square. There's a nice bakery/market kind of place that also serves food right across the road for breakfast or a snack. The living area is very large with a view out onto the Masna street and a little square beyond: on New Year's Eve it was very atmospheric. The kitchen is well-appointed although it'd be hard to self-cater as there's very little in the way of basic ingredients (cooking oil etc) just salt & pepper so you'd have to buy everything. Tea & coffee are provided and little milk sachets. They also gave us a bottle of bubbly for New Year's Eve which was a nice touch. Bathroom is a good size with double-width shower. Lots of storage space in hall & bedroom. Bed was comfortable & the room is a good size. It was noisy on New Year's Eve but that's to be expected: the rest of the time we had no problems with disturbances from outside. Our only slight criticisms are the follo

Winter trip We had a pleasant stay in MASNA. The rooms were very neat and cleanly maintained. Free room service is a plus. Location is awesome. Walkable to all major attractions. Will definitely recommend this to our friends.
